Hi friends! I am Gladimar Ortiz Corona, founder of KPAÏA. I am so excited to share with you the story behind our soy candles. Candles that not only illuminate spaces and impregnate any place with their aroma, but candles that heal and transform lives.

A few years ago I realized how a small gesture, like lighting a candle, can completely change the atmosphere and feel of a place.

And it was in the room of my home that this refuge of light and harmony was born that has become my passion, and more than a passion it is a calling, and today I want to share it with you.

I have been an educator for several years, and it is a very demanding job that absorbs a lot of energy every day. In seeking to relieve the stress and tension that comes with being an educator and other areas of life itself, I discover the art of candles.

Imagine a cozy corner, full of fragrances that transport you, light that embraces and peace that comforts... I began to create these spaces... And thus, my candle business was born, a creation that was born out of the need to find balance in my own life. I wanted to offer something more than just candles, I really wanted and it is my latent desire to impact lives.
