Cancellation Policy for Orders in the Manufacturing or Import Process

When an order has been processed and is in the production phase or import, it is important to take into account the following:

1. Associated Expenses: Cancellation of an order at this stage entails additional expenses that we must assume. These expenses may include costs transportation, customs fees and other related charges. Due to the nature of these processes, we cannot avoid such expenses once the order has been started.

2. Rights Reserved: At KPAIA Lab & Co., we reserve the right to admission and cancellation of any order in process. This means that, although we value your needs and preferences, we must ensure that manage our operations efficiently and responsibly.

3. Refund and Obligations: In the event that we proceed with the cancellation of an order in process, we will refund the amount you have satisfied. However, we will be exempt from any other obligation derived from the canceled order.

We want you to have the best experience possible when interacting with us. We invite you to carefully consider your decisions before confirming a order, especially if there are possibilities of changes in your needs.
